Bongile Pateni is the founder and director of Nine2Five Productions, a full-service artist management and music publishing company based in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. Within the company, I serve as an A&R, Licensing and Publishing Manager, radio and TV plugger, as well as the artist manager for the multitalented music producer, singer, DJ, and audio engineer, De’Moss. I also take pride in my position as the resident DJ for the Monday slot at 17:05 on Umhlobo Wenene FM, the second-largest radio station in South Africa. During this prime time, I curate a captivating mix of African music, providing a vibrant start to the week for our listeners. My experience also extends to working as a music PR and music producer, and I have a deep passion for fostering the growth of the African music industry.
